TEA REX Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch most orders within one working day of receiving an order with full payment.

We use a Tracked Royal Mail 48 hours service which we have been advised due to volumes can take up to 5 days from dispatch.

One-Off Orders (UK)

• Orders £15 and over = FREE
• Orders under £15 = £2.99

Subscriptions (UK)

• Orders £15 and over = FREE
• Orders under £15 = £2.99 (1/2 price)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The tracking in your dispatch notification will notify you that your parcel in on route and if a delivery was made or attempted, but it won't give you an ETA for delivery.

We are a small business working everyday to deliver infusions which pack a punch of the flavour front and we've been blown over with the demand. If we are experiencing a high volume please bear with us if we take an extra day to get your order just right if needed.

Items unable to be delivered and returned to TEA REX, can be resent for additional postage costs.

Shipping prices and FREE thresholds may vary and may be retracted.

Orders purchased without guaranteed or signed delivery and with proof of postage slip do not have to be replaced or refunded by TEA REX and it is the customer's responsibility to pursue Royal Mail. TEA REX will offer full support. 

Customers who select signed or guaranteed delivery will in the event of lost mail will be refunded.
