Refund & Return

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return based on the item being faulty or damaged. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns or refund for food products either opened or closed as TEA REX is a perishable item.

We understand that everyone’s tastes are different. If you have opened and part-consumed your product then we are not able to change it for another product, flavour, or offer a refund.

We do not offer refunds or returns on sale items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at teams@tearex.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
